the above photo of the magna install, does any1 know who ownes it, i just have a few questions about the amp rack and whats it made out of etc as i want to make something similar for my VX commy boot...

or if some1 knows how this is done please feel free to let me know

Thats a camry not a magna , anywho, pretty sure the amp rack is made of a few bits of square metal tubing.

PM Phat Devil on here for more info as it is his car.

Could you please post or pm me with any info you get regarding how this rack was made up?

what is your beauty board for the sub enclosure made of PD??

mdf + vinyl for the board. and still getting the pic for the rack.

Mine one is a 2 piece rack just to let you know =)

And it doesnt look like 2 pieces but it is. There isnt a cross bar that joins the two together. =)

The design and manufacturing was done by Northfield Moorooka.

I would have done it but i dont know how to use a welder lol and I broke my old wooden amp rack by taking corners too fast =P

welding is not as hard as it looks. the hardest part would prob be finding a welding you can use. just find a few scrap bits of metal and spend 10mins practising welding on them in straight even lines and even if there abit dodgey at the end just pull the grinder out

but thats a nice simple design which looks quite nice
