all the points i have seen are ether on a roll cage, or the rear seats are gone, i doubt you could have the points on the floor right behind the seat. and as far as i know, you can adjust the length on harnesses, just like on the rear seatbelt in old cars, but you will have to adjust it everytime u move the seat.
will there be other people driving the car and need the harness? ie: if its just street driving, if some-one borows the car, they can use the normal seatbelt which i htink has to be left in place as a legality, could be wrong on this though

Um u gotta have it either connect tot he rear seats or a rollcage, cause the harness bend can't be more than 45 degrees, or 20 degrees, can't remember which one..
Hence on the front seat is illegal, cause the bend is like near a 90 degree angle.
BTW, u do know how uncomfortable they are to use in street driving right?
ie/ u are strapped into the seat, and if u are a give way sign, or stop sign, checking for cars, its nearly impossible to reach your head out to check for traffic, and i wouldn't want to know how you would do reverse parking..LOL

As mentioned
1) you must have a roll cage OR
2) you must take out the back seat, then get your car re-engineered/classified as a 2seater.
if you try and do the "90 degree" angle for the top two belts, you'll snap something in an accident, most likely your back. its illegal for a reason.
