Ok i will be the first person to admit that i am not very computer literate, i mean i know my way around but i do'nt know the real technical stuff like some of you so i was wondering if i could get some help.

A mate got bass box Pro 6 for me, he burnt it to a CD and i put it on my computer, it worked like a charm, i decided to put it on my work computer for when i get bored so i coppied all the file from the program files onto my usb.

I plug the usb in to the work computer click on the bass box application icon and nothing happens? can you think of anything that will make it work.

are u clicking on the icon from start menu or maybe the desktop ?

If so, this shortcut would be linking to the old location - in Program Files.
You'd need to explore into the USB storage and run the program from there.

If thats not the case, it might be that the installer has written extra files to outside of that program files directory. Sometimes they stick stuff in the windows directory , or write settings to the Windows Registry.

best bet in this case is to get the setup installer and run it on ur pc.

That's what's going on.
Install it on your work PC from the CD, rather than copy the 'installed' files over.
