Looks like an awesome unit, it does everything!
~Spyne~
seen it today, current price is something silly like $100AUD.
have asked him a few questions to see if it is legit.
mosoto
I've been watching ebay for some time in search of either a h700 or h900. After recent events where 6 of the h900 model were on sale at once, then eventually removed for fraudulent activity, I doubt this one is valid as he's using the same garb & shots.
Avoid getting involved with sellers who have a 1 day listing offering a cheap "buy it now" offer by emailing them. You will be asked to operate / trade outside of Ebays jurisdiction and You will get burned.

I have a friend living in UK - maybe I'll ask him to check it out for me....
mosoto
what I received from e-bay thursday

For more information on Offers to Buy or Sell Outside of eBay, copy and past the following Help Page link into your browser:

I've seen the other fraudulent sales, and the latest one is no different. The common request in all was to BIN at 550 pounds "very quickly".The person who is posting the sales has a scrolling / changing user ID and a list of bogus Positive Feedback comments. They look legit but unfortunately are not.
like I said, be weary of 1 day listings, but if you insist on checking it out you'd better be quick laugh.gif

i thought as much...

"if it sounds too good to be true, it is."

Why is it so hard to get a bargain these days...
surely someone's selling one that doesn't really know it's value...

~thematt~
but Scorpion, arent YOU interested in getting a H900??

*looks at sig*
_Anthony_
I guess that 3k thing might have something to do with it.
mosoto
Well lets face facts, if i was prepared to pay 3k I wouldn't be trawling ebay laugh.gif
Pulse-R
You'd think, being obsolete and all, that they'd come down a bit - like to 2k or something.

Maybe in a few years, when we all have 10 outputs from the H/U with 4-way fully active fronts and DVD-Audio+SACD built in.....
mosoto
laugh.gif That would be typical rolleyes.gif
mosoto
Just as I thought, item pulled and sale cancelled by e-bay. rolleyes.gif
Pulse-R
oh, well
shiny_car
it's ok, you can have mine for $4K if you want (more than i paid). tongue.gif

smile.gif
Pulse-R

HBD
Because he can pick up another for less than 4K and make a profit? tongue.gif
shiny_car
