Hey guys. I'm trying to get onto this. Bear in mind i've been quite spectacularly ill over the weekend, bed mostly.

Watch this space.

Soundteam Fresh (not sure on the name) pulled about 161 in the final, apparently 164's in the heats.

Rodney won St B with 152.1 - no new record unfortunately.

I was particularly impressed with the competition in the Street C category - even though the scores were quite low, there was a good vibe from both teams, bit of friendly competition and good to see alot of people getting involved (even a couple of mom's!!!).

Good atmosphere this year - Blackice was a good showma2n with some 150+ open-door burp action as well - and if you haven't yet seen that Crown amp in the flesh, GEEEEZZZ it's huge...

Good job to all - there was a good Car Audio scene presence this year as well, alot of curious onlookers at the DbDrag events.

Sorry guys was busy last night, so this is the first chance I've had to get online.

Was a decent day. Nice to see some interstaters down here. Crowds were good, and probably the most spectators I have seen at an Adelaide Autosalon. Was good.

Here's what I remember about scores and classes. Don't blame me if they're wrong as I had my head in the boot of the mirage most of the day trying to to gain enough 0.1's to break the street B record which didn't eventuate.

Goes without saying, another great event by you and guys.

Car was in an accident earlier this year and parts stripped and sold off - box still stands though, so all you need is a pair of 9910's and some Z1's LOL


It's good to see someone running something different in the comps these days - although i absolutely LOVE DD, glad to see different companies doing something on the SPL scene also.

I'm with Roddas on the Event by the way - DbDrag was excellent this year!

Pretty amazing considering Ripped still holds the record two years on, having used just two D3s!

sad thing is my gear has pretty much not really changed for 2 years.. only thing is put more time into it... all of about 20 hours overall i recon....

wish i had put more time in earlier...!!!

hopefully at wagga we will see the mighty 52.2 broken !

And I'm using amplifiers that are almost 4 years old (which don't add up to the power of 2 D3's)! My gear hasn't changed that much either. Testing would be nice, and time to do it would be even nicer. I did a whole 20 minutes before AAS. HA HA! I plan to do more before Finals, might even get around to building a new box.

Piss Poor excuses I know. Ripped's 152.2 it still a hell of a score for Street B, let alone for it's time. It gets all of my respect.

They hgave a very respected name in the PA industry and car audio is a new aread for them.



As Rodney said based in Dandenong they manufacture all their speakers there there so re-conesd are easy and i have seen Rod's speakers cop a caining so they can obviously stand up to some treatment.



i own a pair of dual 15"s and Horn PA FOH of there's and they are great.

It's not the equipment that counts, it's how you use it.

it will be put to good use.

The Extreme car had it podium yanked, earth ripped out.. earthed thru the RCA, spike the subs and melted coils. Kinda sucks, they'd cracked 165 the night before with a SPL-D4000 and 2 Z1's.

Wooo 150.7, up from the 148.5 I was hitting before leaving and heading down there.. and the 148.5 I did in qualifiers.

3000Km is a very long way in a small blue Festiva.

Being in SA makes you loud.
