CAAHR (Car Audio Australia Hunter Region) is now on the move and this has all the competition details.
this is our next caahr team events
27th august newcastle pro sound. blue gum road jesmond
3rd sept. newcastle auto salon newcastle entertainment center.
proposed events upcoming
cars cafe spl comp. held at cars cafe homesville. 3-6 months from now and still in negoations.
taree/tamworth vs. newcastle. held at taree autobarn. started negoations
singleton spl comp. have not started negoations but the car get together i will be approching

will there be any SQ competetions?
SQ comps....probably not...unless Marty and FHRX decide to hold one up here.....

Hmmmm....... SPL comp @ Pro Sound. Might have to pay it a visit and see what sort of competition there is.
I would defenetly be able to make the one at taree if it happens, as i only live about 1 hour down the road.

just got wind of a comp at maitland auto barn 17th of september. details to come soon. team this is not too short of notice so lets get another victory under our belt for continues comps.

next event we will be at is raymond terrace on the 17th for the show and shine. need all team members at this one except for rohan, bit hard for you bro.
by this time i will have had 3 months of having no subs and missed 2 comps so i will be after i big number for this comp and i will unleash my twin amps.

I'll be at the Raymond Terrace comp....hopefully we get a good turn out 
i should be there hopefully, i let ya's know if any thing changes.
of course the T will be and so will meglette (innocent as usual) no need for any panic
ill show up but am very dissapointed with resluts not sure if i will compete

no im still the same. 2 amps and this will be the first time im in full comp mode and not grandma mode.
well even tho to access the site you come to my place im eventually going to HSK 163 in front HSK 165 in rear with a Lrx2.500 for each set and either a Lrx2.500 or a Lrx1.400 for a treo TSX12.22 or TSX12.44

my car the same kenwoods in my unbraced ported box (bracing to be fitted) but soon to have some big upgrades.
Oh and for the record meg pulled 142.3 out of a single 12 in a box that was not braced at all!

i hope everyone is gunna be ready and in force for the terrace show. It is an invite to all and should be a great day. It's definatley term lab and will be worth looking forward too. All are incouraged to attend no matter what numbers u pull it will be a really good day.

i dont want to be rude guys but i notice the newcastle people thread hijacked the NSW area with everytime i ever hopped on its the latest re[plied to post.
and now its going to hijack the SPL comp discusion area to is it. MODS think this one should be moved to the NSW area sorry just my opinion.

the newcastle thread didnt hijack the NSW section. there is one thread, ad all the newwie ppl post there, whats your problem????

Can i sugggest that you post a new comp when you have the info.
one at a time, its easyer to maintain.
Then more people will read it. (I know i do not read all the post in the HR sectoin) for that reason.
And to organising the comps they should be done by PM or msn or email.

I agree with Wazza on this. I was interested in checking out the Newcastle threads to start with until i had to search for ages to read on and check scores from previous competitions and whatnot so i don't bother anymore. Some will say that one large thread is easier rather than a bunch of little ones but IMO a bunch of small threads would be much neater and easier for those who don't keep up with this thread regularly to find things and check scores from CAAHR

thats basically what i ment by hijacking it had what 8000 views and near a 1000 replies thats a heap to go through sorry guys i didnt mean to come across as to be mean or arrogant.

yes guys i think you should post up your events like all the other events so other can veiw it and not have to search and maybe you might get a few of us coming up to play .....but remember we are all in the same state ...

this one was made so that people could see what newcastle had to offer in competitions around here (one spot for the lot) and it is good for people who cant get on the net alot coz they dont have the access coz they know where to look for what they want instead of going 2 look everywhere.
and it is a communication tool not all have email, msn, yahoo or watever and mobiles can get expensive.

Hey guys, just to let you all know the next comp scheduled will be at the Hexam car show on Saturday the 13th January. Shut out time will be 2:45 pm with a 3:30pm start (yes thats right an afternoon/evening comp). Entry fee will be $20. Same classes as last comp. Also if you plan on whinging about which class you are in and still don't make it through to the finals when put in the class to which you think you belong, please, please don't bother coming.
Also there wil be a Test n Tune night on Thursday 11th January, start at 5:30pm.
