just like to know abit bout the solo x subwoofers

are the kicker solo x range good spl woofers or just hype

i remember seeing the incar audio excel with 4 18s

would anyone know if the tens would be any good

has anyone here used these subs or even a 12 or 18

r they worth the money

Terry brocks in the usa did use them at one stage did about 151.db in a crx with 2 of them. He is the louds St A car in the usa.

I thought Brock's used the L7 still ? From what I heard, the SoloX are better for SS classes where you have the power and L7's are better for Street classes.

I know Worlds '04 Street A was taken out with a pair of L7 10"s and a Crown, in a Ford Explorer ! And the WR was held this year for StA with a pair of L7.

so even the l7s r good i thought they had problems

Blackice is right he did use L7 i thought then were the same thing with a differenct name like new model numbers. Sorry mate.

alot of the guys in US with crx's seem to still be using kicker L7's.. unless they just haven't updated their profile pages on db drag.

I see a lot of people using four 12" L7s in Explorers for St C. They seem to be making pretty impressive numbers.

I once competed against a CRX in Brisbane that did 147.5 (St A Db Drag Legal) with 2 x 10" L7's. I heard he cracked 150's in testing. They seam to be loud but Im not sure of their life span when being used with heaps of power. I did see that same car average 136-38db in a 5 min deathmatch too.

For the price difference I'd be running L7's.

But if your careful and are only using them for SPL. (at the right Freq, nothing too low)
I cant see why they wouldnt last.

nah they would have to be part of my evryday system and used for spl
dnt think the l7s will handle that
