ok i made a bit of a mistake.

i went to transfer some money and i transferred it to the wrong person..

so now i need to find the person i transferred it to so i can ask for it back...

pretty stupid i know...

it was someone that i already had details for in my account so i imagine the chances are that he is someone from CAA.

so yes..

if anyone knows the name please let me know..

ps: i have contacted the bank and they will be requesting the money back. this way i can ask for it in person.

If the person who reads this was the receiver of the mistaken transfer, you are liable under the law for the funds if you have spent them knowingly when they were not yours.

what are the chances of the bank being able to get the money back?

Can't the bank do anything mate?

Will your statement have transfer details on it at all?

And talk to your bank.
