wondering what most people are using for interconnects....
im tossing up between stinger, or audison connect.....how do they compare??
what else is there on the market????
ill probably use stinger wire for power and ground......

In a car, with the engine on, you wont hear the difference.
Both are of decent build quality.

Stinger - they support CAASQ
Audison - distributor bag's me out to friends (hey fury hehe)
what way would i go now.
but i have always used stinger, there products are very good quality and reliable.

Hah that's true Rob, but the general folk have not had the pleasure of that. :S
What would you use for DIY? Where can you get good quality twisted/shielded RCA cable.

i am using directed audio venom series (cheap) - may upgrade to stinger helix if money permits

cat5 cable.
you dont need shielded in a car. only twisted and cat5 is perfect

You sure about that Fudd? I thought it was the opposite way around!
i.e twisted is useless because we run unbalanced signal so the noise-rejection qualities of having it twisted are nil. Where as with shielded you can actually block the (electrical but not magnetic) inteference...

I've got directed audio Graphite series. Looks like a cross between Stinger Expert & Dream series at one third the cost. I doubt they would sound any different either.
