basicly i got some splits that r creating that crappy annoying sound at every *loud* beat... which only means we need help from Mr. SD lol
I'm stuck between Dynamat and Roadkill for the door kit... i heard that i could get the dynamat for $130... but i'm not sure how much the roadkill could cost
which one's should i get keep in mind i do have a tight budget like maybe $130-$150 MAX.... but the less i spend the better to a point that is
so given the prices of the SD which one is more worth the money
are there any other good quality and cheap brands that i might not be aware of
the splits btw r JBL's running at 250W each but i'm upgrading in the future getting a second set of the same splits... that's 500W each door
by future i mean when i get the money... in other words not any time soon

Having used both, I much prefer the results from Dynamat. Regarding price, RRP of both:
Dynamat: door kit 12ft2 $119 boot kit 20ft2 $199 bulk pack 36ft2 $299
RoadKill: door kit 12ft2 $179 boot kit 20ft2 $320 bulk pack (no listing)

I got my dynamat from ebay. I ordered the bulk pack but they delivered two boot kits instead, so I got 40ft2 for $209 plus delivery.

I had the same deal, postage is about $40 though, so it comes out to about $250 for a little more than you'd get in a bulk pack. Try and get in contact with some of the members of the CAA Approved Dealer Network though and check out whether any of them can do you a better deal and post it.

That doesnt sound a decent deal at all.
My bulk packs were cheaper then that, no delivery, no problems. All reputable and approved dealers.
You guys need to pull your heads out of Ebay's ar$e and actually walk into a store that can do you some deals.

i'm just gonna do one layer of sound deadening... coz there's a chance that i might be getting a full new set of doors... but that's when i get the money lol
but thanx for the info guys... it looks like dynamat eh

i paid 265 for it at tower audio and i thought it was a pretty good deal. and i hate to wait for delivery

But id still like to hear from the people who say they can get it cheaper than $209 (and insulted those who use ebay)

You said 209 plus delivery. Delivery at 40 dollars equates to 249 overall.
I paid less then this at my installers, who is an ADN member. Maybe you should try your local ADN member and see what happens.
And forget phoning up, you wont get any decent pricing over the phone. Only committed walk-ins get the deals. Also, those who maintain a good relationship with the installers get BETTER deals.
And EBay is taking money away from the local industry, of whom I (and CAA) support. You dont like then fine, buy on EBay at your peral, but you arent saving anything by doing so, thats for sure.
PLUS, you miss out on warranty, good quality installation, good service, and that warm fuzzy feeling you get when you support the industry.

Got a bulkpack for $230, was a 40-50 minute drive but then it was worth!
Cheaper than ebay, great service, friendly staff and I got a WHOLE heap of info even though I was only there for get a bulk pack of dynamat and have a listen to a few splits which I'm interested in. There is no chance of auditioning splits or asking question about different things when purchasing from ebay.

I think you'll find that both products are identical... same factory etc. Just dynamat has black printing on it and stinger has embossing.
I've used them both and go with whatevers cheapest.
