Full Version: soundstream reference RF-60C
hey, just looking for a decent midbass woofer thats not hideously expensive and not too deep. anyone used these or heard them?
dont think the have been released yet
if they have been released im sure they will be more expensive than the tarantula gear
in the pics it looks like they use the same crossover

yeah i was told they are available and only take a day to get in. i'm only after the woofers, not tweeters anyway. they use a 3"voice coil as well.

I have a set installed in my Astra, with layer of Roadkill liberally applied. They're not the best midbass woofer I've ever heard, but I've got them through the passive crossover and being given 85 RMS. I'd be very interested to see how they were to go with more power and with the HPF bit lower than what I'm set at.

yeah i'll be running them active with about 220rms each.

they've been released a long time ago ....we've been selling them for more than 8 months ...
so any other opinions on the RF60C's?
