i just got an email back with my updated port measurements.

QUOTE

Make your port 500x100mm, and 400mm long.

I guess your total height is 400mm? 180+18+202 = 400mm

Go down 300mm, so that the port is still 100mm high when it bends and extend
it 100mm toward the front of the car, making it 400mm long in total.

can anyone give me a list of what pieces i need to cut, please!

You need two of these.

Plus

1@ 500 x 300
1@ 500 x 82

18mm MDF would be fine

Use the back wall and the floor for the other two sides of the port.

do you want mitred ends? or just overlap the wood?
