i am just tring to find out what u think would be the best way to wire up a alpine type x 12 and a pdx 1.1000 i got it wired up but i dont seem to be getting much bass from it

assuming ur sub is DVC 4ohm, then wire it to amp in 2ohm configuration.

this means putting one voice coil from the sub, to each of the amps outputs.

they will be parallelled internally to achieve a 2 ohm load...

refer to page 2, fig 12 of ur owners manual...

then refer for the gains setting tute:

^^^ or use the bridging clip that comes with the sub then just use 2 pieces of cable to the amp.
