I'm looking for a cheap video editing software. i already have photoshop elements and im very happy with it.
so i figure premier elements will as good a quality. has anyone used this software?

Bought it at work (40 licences) and it's really fantastic for the price.
Photoshop Elements has quite a few things missing out of it that (in my opinion) are obviously deliberate and annoying even for an amatuer (me) so you'll buy CS, but Premiere Elements has more than enough in it for an entry>mid level user and isn't near as hefty on system resources as Pro.
V3 is particularly good, after using a V2 demo before buying.
Would definitely recommend it.

I can't comment on the elemebts side, but I use Production Studio and think it's a great suite. I am only an amatuer so don't fully utilise it but thus far it has done everything I have needed it to do. But what I can recommend is that you have a fairly decent PC with as much RAM as possible.
