Hey guys, a bit new to this but i have a 93 ford fairmont ghia, and i have a few questions.

I was wondering how well the kenwood KVT-739DVD 7" screen works with i-Pod.
Is it anything compared to the alpine ones??

Also wondering if anyone has a quick review for the audiobahn dual 12" subs, (ABP122N). how do they compare to kickers?

and one last thing, i have been offered an audiobahn 800 watt monoblock, and 2 cadence amps for $1000.
sound decent?

Thanks heaps guys
Mitch

I havn't used either the Kenwood or Alpine screens, though have heard the Alpines are known to be really decent units. That said, I recently read a review of the Kenwood *747* unit and it is apparantly very good value.

As to the comparison of subs, it would depend exactly on what model kicker you are comparing to, as kicker have a few subs, so you need to be more specific.

As for the amps, depending on exactly what they are (model numbers would be useful) for $1k it could be a great deal, or it could be a rip off, it's impossible to say without knowing the full details. It also depends what you want out of the amps, as $1k is a lot to fork out, so if you don't need 3 amps, or can find 2 better quality amps for the ~$1k range it might work out to be better in the long run.
