Round Four - CAASQ National Series

Location: Autobarn Narre Warren - Cnr Narre Warren North & Lauderdale Roads, Narre Warren.

Date & Time: Saturday August 25th, 2007

Registration: 9:00am
Judging Commences: 9:30am
Lunch Break: 12:30pm
Estimated Presentation: 5:00pm

In attendance will be demonstration cars from major manufacturer's and sponsor's.

BBQ will be fired up with food and drinks available.

Judging Disc: Judging Disc used will be Chesky Records 10 Best.

Judging Format: 2007 Judging Sheet

Entry: $35.00 All Classes.

I think the boys at Narre Warren are planning to make the day a big one, it may still correspond with a store sale on the day. I'll find out for sure.

Seeing as this will be my first time entering, I take it I will be in the novice class. I was just wanting to know what happens if not enough people enter in the novice class??? Do i get bumped into the amatuer class?

If there are not enough competitors to run the novice class then you will be put into Amatuer class.

The only real tip is enjoy the day .... introduce yourself and try and have a listen to other people's systems

Yeah will do.....my only fear is that after listening to other people's systems, I will feel compelled to spend more time/money on changing my system hahahaha

25th! I was going to come to this one for sure. 24th is the Star ball (Starlight foundation ball) I will be way too wasted to show as past years have proven my next day is shocking after this event

This event is now 100% locked in and confirmed for AUGUST 25th, SATURDAY.

times are correct? 9am start for saturday competition?

I'll be there, first time entering caasq with the WRX :)

It currently looks like I'll be able to make it along at long last to check out my fellow Victorians.

System sounding close to as good as it can get with the current gear - or so I think. I had someone in the car the other day and they actually preferred the pro settings (judged from both seats) rather than tweaked for the drivers seat only.

It will be really interesting to be in a position to compare NSW against VIC (Where I now live).

ill be there with you mate in novice my 1st time also. i wasnt able to make it on the sunday due to charity cruise but now being the sat i should be making it. stereo will be finished in 2 weeks

I've been speaking with Brian yesterday (they had computer issues and realised missed rnd 3) and he will be attending round 4 in adam's car once again.. maybe do a pre-meet over our side marc and cruise to Narre together?

haven't been to this autobarn - does it have an undercover area for judging etc in case it rains ? Like a workshop even ?

They have a 3 bay workshop but there is no other undercover near by - its basically nextdoor to Stothers

We have a number of marquee's however for this event
